1. Introduction

Moneytronix International Capital Partners, LLC (“Moneytronix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a membership-based real-estate and mortgage-note investment platform (the “Application”) through which members connect their financial accounts, fund membership interests via round-ups and direct contributions, and receive tokenized membership units. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal and financial information, including data retrieved through Plaid Link.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account & identity information: full name, email address, phone number, date of birth, mailing address, taxpayer/identification number, and government-issued ID details collected during onboarding and KYC verification.
  • Financial data via Plaid: when you connect a financial institution through Plaid Link, we retrieve account metadata, balances, and transaction data needed to calculate round-ups and verify linked accounts. Plaid credentials are tokenized — we receive and store only an opaque Plaid access token; we never see, handle, or persist your raw banking username or password.
  • Investment information: membership contributions, funding-source configuration, wallet addresses for tokenized membership delivery, and distribution records.
  • Usage & device information: IP address, browser type, and interaction logs collected automatically for security and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To calculate round-ups from linked transactions and fund your membership interests.
  • To verify your identity (KYC/AML) and satisfy regulatory obligations.
  • To deliver tokenized membership units to your designated wallet.
  • To process distributions, issue tax documents, and maintain accurate membership records.
  • To detect and prevent fraud, secure the platform, and comply with legal requirements.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on (i) your consent when you connect accounts via Plaid Link, (ii) our legitimate interests in operating and securing the platform, and (iii) legal obligations imposed by U.S. financial regulations and anti-money-laundering laws.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We share data only as necessary with the following categories of recipients:

  • Plaid — for retrieving and maintaining linked financial-account data.
  • KYC/AML providers — for identity verification.
  • Payment & escrow processors — for ACH contributions and escrow handling.
  • Note servicers & title/escrow agents — for asset acquisition and distribution.
  • Cloud infrastructure & hosting providers — for secure application hosting.
  • Legal & regulatory authorities — when required by law.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Security & Encryption

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+ and encrypted at rest. Sensitive member data is stored within encrypted database volumes on our managed cloud platform, and Plaid access tokens are kept server-side only and never exposed to the browser. Access is restricted by role-based access control (RBAC) and multi-factor authentication. See our Information Security Policy for additional detail.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal and financial data only as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and regulatory recordkeeping obligations (typically 5–7 years for financial records), and resolve disputes. Once data is no longer required, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at craig@moneytronix-realestate.com. Upon a verified deletion request, we will remove your data from our application database and revoke any Plaid processor tokens associated with your account so that linked financial data can no longer be retrieved, subject to legal recordkeeping requirements.

9. Plaid-Specific Disclosures

When you use Plaid Link, you authorize Plaid to retrieve and share your financial data with us. Plaid is an independent data processor; your use of Plaid is also governed by Plaid’s own privacy policy and End User Privacy Policy. We use the data retrieved from Plaid solely for the purposes described in this policy (round-up calculation, account verification, and fraud prevention) and do not use it for lending decisions beyond what you have authorized.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Application is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted within the Application, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. We review this policy at least annually.
